REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

To ensure accurate pricing and efficient turnaround, all quotation requests are processed through our RFQ system.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Download the RFQ spreadsheet using the button provided.

2. Complete all required fields with accurate project details, quantities, and structural timber specifications.

3. Email the completed RFQ document to sales@mzansitimber.co.za.

Upon receipt, our team will review the submission and issue a formal quotation based on project requirements, availability, and delivery schedules.

RFQ checklist (include when possible)

• Project name and delivery address

• Timber grades and species

• Sizes, quantities, and lengths

• Treatment class (H2, H3, H4)

• Drawings (roof plan/truss design), if applicable

• Required delivery window and offloading conditions

What happens next?

• You will receive an acknowledgement within 1 business day.
